MJ Efficiency ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship operated by Masum Jia. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

What we collect

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser, and the pages visited, for security and debugging. We do not operate third-party ad trackers on this site.

When you book a call via Calendly or fill out a contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, business name, and any notes you choose to provide. We use this only to prepare for and conduct the call.

When you become a client, we collect billing information through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers; Stripe handles that according to PCI-DSS standards.

We may send cold outreach email to business owners whose contact information is publicly listed in a business directory, on a company website, or on a verified professional listing. Every such email includes a clear unsubscribe option and our physical business address.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the services you have engaged us for, to respond to questions you have sent us, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not share client data with third parties except subprocessors strictly required for service delivery (Google Workspace, Stripe, Calendly, Resend).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email masum@go.mjefficiency.com with your request. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
