Terms of service

These terms apply to paid clients of MJ Efficiency (a sole proprietorship operated by Masum Jia, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801).

Services

We provide Google Ads account management and, on higher-tier plans, landing page builds, SEO work, and website development for small US disaster-restoration contractors. The scope of each plan is described on our pricing page.

Billing

Retainers are billed monthly via Stripe subscription on the same calendar day each month (the day of your initial payment). Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Google, not to MJ Efficiency. Taxes are added where applicable.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. The 30-day window preserves the account during wind-down. Prepaid months are not refunded, but work continues through the paid period. Assets built for the client (landing page code, website code, Google Ads account) remain with the client.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for owning and paying for their Google Ads account, for responding to inbound leads in a timely manner, and for ensuring that the business they advertise is properly licensed and insured in the jurisdictions where it operates.

No guarantee of results

We cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, cost-per-click, or revenue outcomes. Google Ads performance depends on many factors outside our control. What we guarantee is to apply our professional effort and known best practices to your account.

Liability

Our total liability to the client under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by the client to MJ Efficiency in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
